UPDATE: Staff met with the applicant on 10/22/13. Based upon the meeting, staff can agree to the subdivision improvements as recommended below. |

Action: Approve, contingent upon installing a 20’ wide all weather surface within the shared access easement, and having the utility services to Lot 6 and Lot 7 in conformance with the Infrastructure Design Criteria Manual. Notes: If approved, stipulate that a waiver-of-right to protest (WORP) be required. |
